- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service to start it off, was trying to take in a tv and 2 brand new rings ( mans 10ktg band and woman's ss with RG, diamonds in it at .5kts) she told me that she could give me $1.50 yes I typed that correctly one dollar and fifty cents. Also tried to tell me I was a liar and that the men's band wasn't real gold even though it has it inside the band! I showed her the receipt from Kay's where I just purchased them last December and I left her fumbling her words...she said do you still want to do the tv, "I'll give $20 for it." Ummm no!!! I'll take my business elsewhere, preferably a place that isn't ripping people off along with being rude! Rochelle is HORRIBLE!!! She needs to be trained on how to talk to customers and apparently how to inspect jewelry correctly! I took it all to another place and was able to get $205.
